Join the Sacramento County Board of Supervisors on October 30 for the 2015 State of the County Forum. As the largest municipality in Greater Sacramento, Sacramento County plays a key role in the regional economy. This forum is an opportunity for business and community stakeholders to learn about the programs and services provided by the County’s 11,000 employees.
Phil Serna, Chairman of the Board of Supervisors said, “Throughout the year, Sacramento County makes strategic investments in programs and services for residents that strengthen neighborhoods and that support our local economy. I look forward to sharing the County’s many success stories and achievements.”
The Metro Chamber has collaborated with Sacramento County to present this year's event focused on where the County is today and the distinctive assets that can guide the direction of the County for tomorrow.
This year’s event will feature keynote speaker Michele Reeves. She recently toured five commercial districts in Sacramento County. Her presentation, based on that tour, will focus on how the business community and the County can work together to revitalize commercial corridors.
