The Sacramento County Department of Transportation Right of Way Management (ROWM) Section is responsible for managing various activities within unincorporated area roadways including the review of construction traffic control plans, enforcement of illegal encroachments (including vegetation, dumpsters, signs, etc.) and issuing street use permits for one to two day events.
