This free electronic subscription service, e-Subscribe, allows you to receive notifications by e-mail or text message alerting you to newly available information. You get updates on the items of interest automatically without having to return to the website.

This service, also has messaging specifically for wireless devices (text message-enabled phones, pagers, PDA devices, etc.) Look for the Wireless Alert icon  that indicates information is available in this shortened format.
