Veterans

If you are a veteran or someone who could donate veteran’s collections, please volunteer to donate memories, accounts and documents to the National Veteran’s History Project. The RSVP program would like to do its part to preserve these memories by inviting veterans to join the Veterans History Project, here, in Sacramento. We are looking for veterans and civilians who are willing to be interviewed on videotape. This will be a very important contribution we can give our future generations. Enlist now and share your experiences!

Veteran’s History Project

The Library of Congress American Folklife Center and Retired Senior Volunteer Program (RSVP) invite you to join in an important national project, the Veterans History Project. The mission of the Veterans History Project is to collect the memories, accounts, and documents of war veterans from World War I, World War II, the Korean, Vietnam, and Persian Gulf Wars, and to preserve these stories of experience and service for future generations.
